I have taught college biology labs for biology majors for the last 3 years at both UAB and MTSU, and guest lectured for my adviser on topics such as biology, ecology, and evolution. I have taken a wide range of classes, from field biology classes such as Limnology and Aquatic Toxicology, as well as Advanced Cell and Molecular Biology and Biochemistry I and II. I would like to tutor part time because I love the challenge of teaching biology, and working with students one on one guarantees a level of understanding not always met in a lecture hall full of students.
